PTC Co-Presidents

The PTC Presidents oversee all PTC committees and activities, serve as the primary liaisons between the parent community, school administration, and district leadership, and ensure the smooth operation and success of the organization’s initiatives.

Fundraising

The Fundraising Chairs and committee help plan and manage events and initiatives that raise money to support school programs, classroom needs, and community activities throughout the year.

Events

The Events committee members plan and oversee Eliot community events such as the Movie Night, Trunk or Treat, STEM Festival, Winter Dance Party, Multicultural Fair, Parents’ Night Out, Kickball game, Family Picnic and more.

Curriculum Enrichment

The Curriculum Enrichment Chairs and committee work with grade-level lead teachers to schedule guest speakers, hands-on workshops and more to enrich our students’ education.

Yearbook

The Yearbook Committee plans, designs, and produces the school yearbook, capturing memories of students, classes, events, and special moments throughout the year.​

Treasurers

The Treasurers manage the PTC's finances, including tracking income and expenses, preparing budgets and financial reports, and ensuring funds are used responsibly to support school programs and events.

The Website Coordinator manages and updates the PTC website, keeping information current, sharing news and events, and ensuring families have easy access to important resources. If you have suggestions or questions, please email the Coordinator.

Teacher Appreciation

The Teacher Appreciation Chairs and committee organize events and activities throughout the year to recognize, celebrate, and thank teachers and staff for their hard work and dedication to students.

Room Parents

The Room Parent Chairs serve as a liaison between the school and families, helping to communicate class & PTC information and organize classroom parties and events throughout the year.

Media (Library)

Volunteer to be in your child’s library class and help sort, shelf & checkout books. The Chairs liaise with the Eliot Librarian and coordinate and schedule all parent volunteers.

5th Grade End-Of-Year Activities

The 5th Grade Chairs And committee coordinate and oversee all end of year activities and the fifth-grade graduation.
